All planners in our store are subject to 2 years of warranty. This means, we will repair or replace it with a new one if a planner you have purchased from us reveals a defect within 24 months of purchase. Complaints should be reported to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org and include in it:
- a description of the defect
- date of its occurrence
- # of the order.
- Consumer data.
Within 14 days of receiving the notification, we will decide how to remove the defect. The warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from improper use of the product (eg any mechanical damage).
Everything you bought in our store can be sent back for whatever reason. To do this, within 30 days of receiving the parcel, please send us an information you would like to return the item. Then within 7 days of submitting, send us the purchased items along with the completed return form (see below for the model) to:

We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the returned items. If returned items bear any traces of use, or are damaged during transport, we can reduce the amount to be refunded.
